Proud to be a Mom

We are proud of the name, proud of the work we put in, and proud of the results we earn together. When we stand on the podium or cross the line knowing we gave everything we had, we carry more than hardware, we carry bragging rights built on discipline, teamwork, and heart.

Our success isn’t accidental; it’s the product of early mornings, tough practices, and women who refuse to back down. And yes, we’re proud to call ourselves Moms while we do it.

Our Superpowers

We’re moms, stepmoms, single moms, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, friends and caretakers. We’re retirees and full-time workers, volunteers, readers, artists, and business owners. Our lives are full, but we still find time to row. We don’t make excuses.

We Like to WIN

In 2025, our commitment and teamwork delivered first-place finishes at Husky Open, Opening Day, and Head of the Lake along with the coveted Efficiency Trophy, a testament to both speed and unity.

Age Doesn't slow us down

See the woman in the middle with THREE gold medals?

At 93, Barbara Smith is the inspiration for all Martha’s Moms members, and living proof that strength and determination have no age limit.  Barbara isn’t just our most senior athlete, she’s our daily reminder of what’s possible. Her resilience, humor, and unwavering commitment inspire every generation in our boat, proving that passion, strength, and joy can carry you farther than you ever imagined.  #BLB
